TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA):
Tenderers with a valid Term NDA are required to email lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with the subject heading "Term NDA - declared for Contract W1006" to obtain access to the Tender Documents.
The password for the Tender Documents will be issued only after the Tenderer has:
(a) quoted the Term NDA Reference ID issued by LTA; and
(b) declared that they have read and will abide by the terms and conditions set out in the Term NDA.

Tenderers without a valid Term NDA are required to complete and submit the attached Term NDA.
Please refer to the Term NDA notice for further details.

CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.
Registration with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Public Sector Panels of Consultants (PSPC) in their respective discipline, and according to the specified Panel code numbers, is a critical criterion. Please refer to Clause 1.2 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 5 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.

EVALUATION:
The Quality-Fee Selection Method as stipulated in Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers will be used for evaluation of this tender.
