CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers must be registered with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead CW02 "Civil Engineering" with Financial Grade B1 or CR14 "Asphalt Works & Road Marking" with Financial Grade L5.

Please refer to Clause 1.2 of the Instructions to Tenderers for details.

SUBMISSION :
The 1-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit (1) Tender Price & (2) Supporting Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal.

Please refer to Clauses 5 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.

EVALUATION:
The evaluation criteria are as stipulated in Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers.
