TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA):
Tenderers with a valid Term NDA are required to email lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with the subject heading "Term NDA - declared for Contract CR301" to obtain access to the Tender Documents and Drawings.
The password for the Tender Documents and Drawings will be issued only after the Tenderer has:
(a) quoted the Term NDA Reference ID issued by LTA; and
(b) declared that they have read and will abide by the terms and conditions set out in the Term NDA.

ELIGIBILITY:
Selective Tendering Procedure is adopted for this Tender. Tender Documents for Civil Contract CR301 will ONLY be issued to the PRE-QUALIFIED TENDERERS on 9 September 2025. Those who wish to be considered for the 2nd (final) pre-qualification (PQ) for Civil Contract CR301 will need to submit applications electronically via GeBIZ as detailed in the PQ brochure. For details, please refer to the PQ Notice published in http://www.gebiz.gov.sg. Please note that the closing date for the 2nd (final) PQ is 12 October 2026, 1600 hours, Singapore time.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 5 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.

EVALUATION:
The Price-Quality Method as stipulated in Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers will be used for evaluation of this tender.
