TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA):
For access to the tender documents, tenderers are required quote their Term NDA Ref No. if they have a valid Term NDA with LTA. Otherwise, tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached Term NDA. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission. You are required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA upon declaration.
The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

CRITICAL CRITERIA
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.
(A) Tenderers must be registered with the following BCA Workhead/ EPPU Supply head:
- BCA Workhead of FM02 (Housekeeping, Cleansing, Desilting & Conservancy Services) with financial grade L6 (unlimited tendering limit), OR
- EPPU Supply head EPU/SER/46 Service (Cleaning) with financial grade S9 ($30,000,000) and above.
(B) Tenderers must have a Class 1 cleaning business licence issued under the Environmental Public Health Act 1987 (EPHA).

SUBMISSION:
Tender submission outside of GeBIZ will not be accepted. The 2-envelope bidding system in the GeBIZ is adopted for this Tender. Tenderers are required to separate their offer into 2 distinct Document Types (i.e. Price and Technical). It is mandatory to upload at least one attachment for each Document Type when submitting electronically via GeBIZ. Please refer to Clauses 14 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.
