CRITICAL CRITERIA
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the EPPU with the designated registration head & grade as specified in the paragraph below are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

OTHER CRITERIA
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with the Expenditure Procurement Policies Unit (EPPU) under the Supply head EPU/SER33 Survey Services from financial grade S5 and above and licensed under the Land Surveyors Board.

SUBMISSION:
Tenderers are to submit a nominal $1.00 tender bid under the "Unit Price" field. All attachments must indicate clearly the company's name for identification purposes.

It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Percentage (%) of the Statutory Survey Fees [as detailed in the Cost Proposal and Clause 6 of Requirement Specifications], (b) Price Document & (c) Technical Document as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 14 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.
