CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who:
(a) are registered with GeBIZ; and
(b) provide documented proof of its authorised Autodesk reseller/ partner status.
Tenderers who do not meet the above critical criteria will NOT be considered for this tender.

EVALUATION CRITERIA:
(a) The Tenderers will be evaluated based on full compliance with the Requirements Specification and cost competitiveness.
(b) In addition to the tender evaluation criteria above, the Authority will take into account the financial capacity and health of the Tenderers in the evaluation of the Tender. A Tenderer may be required to submit a Performance Guarantee by the Guarantor and/or a Security Deposit of a value higher than the specified amount. The Guarantor will also be assessed on its financial capacity and health.

Tenderers are to submit both the Tender Price and Supporting Documents electronically via GeBIZ. Please refer to Clauses 14, 16 and 17 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.
