TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA) AND SIMPLIFIED TEMPLATE:

Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached via email to LTA_5contracts_civ@lta.gov.sg :

a) Term NDA for access to Particular Specification - Appendix Z, Password for access to tender document will be provided AFTER Term NDA declaration.

b) Clearance form (Simplified Template) for access to Drawings. Tenderers must ensure the name (1 name only) MUST be the signatory of the firm. Password will only be provided to the Signatory of your firm who has obtained the clearance. Clearance processing requires at least 3 to 4 weeks. Tenderers to fill-up all data accurately, any resubmission/correction of data will require same processing duration.

The Authority reserve the right to enquire Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA or Clearance Forms; if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

Tender Briefing / Site Showround

Tenderers are invited to attend 2 Site Showrounds:
i) The meet-up point for Site Showround 1st Session is at Bukit Batok Bus Interchange (BI), in front of Passenger Service office (PSO). The session will cover Bukit Batok BI and Eunos BI under Package A.

ii) The meet-up point for Site Showround 2nd Session is at Tampines Bus Interchange (BI), in front of Passenger Service office (PSO). The session will cover Tampines BI and Bukit Merah BI under Package B.

The timing of the Site Showrounds will be informed at a later date. Each tenderer may be represented by no more than two (2) attendees.

Tenderers are required to inform the Authority by 1 October 2026, the name of company and representatives for the briefing / showround via email to lta_5contracts_civ@lta.gov.sg (please indicate 'Contract BD206 - Tender Briefing / Site Showround' as the subject of your email).
