CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ is a critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers with related working experience in railway construction or port operation.

Tenderers shall not have been issued with any stop works order related to construction or operation safety matters from any ministry or statutory board in the past 18 months prior to the tender closing date.

SUBMISSION:
For this tender, it is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the Tender Price and supporting documents as electronic response through the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) portal. Please refer to Clauses 14, 16 & 22 of the Instructions to Tenderers.
