CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.
i) Registration with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) with the designated registration head and grade as specified in this clause is a critical criterion. Tenderers must be registered with the following BCA Workhead:
(a) ME04 (Communication & Security Systems) with Financial Grade L3 and above; &
(b) Have minimum 3 years of proven expertise and experience in design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of communication system in Rail Transit System in the past 5 years.

TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA) & CLEARANCE FORM:
Tenderers are required to complete & submit the attached to LTA via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with subject heading 'Term NDA ID - declared for Contract 961B':
(1) Term NDA for access to Tender documents/drawings. Pls note that the password (except 'Drawings Clearance') will only be provided after the following requirements have been met:
(1a) Term NDA declaration, pls quote the Term NDA reference ID issued by LTA (e.g. NDA26xxx | NDA27xxx); and
(1b) You are also required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA.

(2) CLEARANCE FORM for access to 'Drawings Clearance'. Pls note that the password will only be issued after clearance has been obtained.
(2a) Complete the form by providing the details of your firm's authorised signatory (one person).

Pls note that clearance processing requires a minimum of four (4) weeks. Kindly ensure that the form is completed accurately using the prescribed template. Any resubmissions or corrections will be subject to the same processing duration.

The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA & Clearance Form if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.
