TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA) :
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached via email to LTA_5contracts_civ@lta.gov.sg :
a) Term NDA for access to tender document, Indicative List of Locations (For Information Only), as per Appendix Q;
b) Password for access to tender document will be provided AFTER Term NDA declaration.

The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA if it is found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.
