Critical Criteria
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ is a critical criterion for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

Evaluation Criteria
Tenderers shall note that in addition to compliance with the Authority's requirements, a single-envelope quantitative evaluation method will be used to evaluate this tender. A Price-Quality ratio of 60:40 where the Price and Quality components shall constitute 60% and 40% of the evaluation weightings respectively will be adopted for this tender evaluation.

Submission
The bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit (1) Tender Price & (2) Supporting Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal.
