Critical Criteria
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.

Registration with the BCA with the designated registration head and grade as specified in this clause is a critical criterion.

Tenderers must be registered with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) under Workhead CR15 'Site Investigation, Instrumentation and Monitoring Works'.

Evaluation Criteria
Tenderers must note that in addition to compliance with Authority's requirements, the Quantitative Method (QM) will be used to evaluate this Tender, where the Price : Quality components constitute 70% : 30% of the evaluation weightings respectively.

SUBMISSION
Tender submission outside of GeBIZ will not be accepted. Tenderers are to submit both the total tender price and the supporting documents electronically in GeBIZ.

Please refer to Clause 5 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.
