CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and compliance with the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.

(a) Software that is compatible with the administration of the New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) suite of contracts, including the minimum mandatory modules and system objectives; and

(b) Compliance with Appendix A - SaaS Security Requirements, including, but not limited to, LTA-issued policies, procedures, guidelines and advisories, as well as the relevant Singapore Government's Instruction Manual.

EVALUATION CRITERIA:
Quantitative Method will be used for evaluation of this Tender. Please refer to Clause 2 of the Evaluation Criteria for the details.

SUBMISSIONS :
Tenderers are to submit both the Tender Price and Supporting Documents electronically via Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ). Please refer to Clauses 14, 16 and 17 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.
