CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered:
(i) Proven track record at least five (5) years in the provision, implementation, and operation of monitoring systems and related services;
(ii) Proven and ready operational monitoring system to monitor equipment with diagnostic capabilities, including centralized monitoring of faults, alarms, events, and operational status through industry-standard communication protocols and interfaces (e.g. BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, OPC, or equivalent); and
(iii) Specialized experience and knowledge in lift control system with diagnostic solutions such as proven trapped-passenger (man-trap) and alerting capabilities, including real-time monitoring, fault diagnostics, alarm management, and performance analytics to support rapid incident response, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
