TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA) AND CLEARANCE FORM:
a) TERM NDA: For access to the tender documents, tenderers are required quote their Term NDA Ref No. if they have a valid Term NDA with LTA. Otherwise, tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached Term NDA. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission. You are required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA upon declaration.
The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.
b) CLEARANCE FORM: To attend the Site Showround, tenderers are required to submit TWO (2) names using the Clearance Form for Site Showround.

CRITICAL CRITERIA
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.
Tenderers must be registered with the following Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead:
- CW01 General Building, with Financial Category C3 and above; or
- CR06 Interior Decoration & Finishing Works, with Financial Category L1 and above.

SUBMISSION:
Tender submission outside of GeBIZ will not be accepted. Tenderers are to submit both the total tender price and the supporting documents electronically in GeBIZ. Please refer to Clause 5 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.

Please refer to clause 4.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.

To attend the Site Showround, tenderers are required to submit TWO (2) names using the 8416_Clearance Form for Site Show.
Attendance at the Tender Briefing and Site Showround are mandatory and is considered a critical criterion. Failure to attend the Tender Briefing and Site Showround will result in the disqualification of the Tenderer's submission.
The number of attendees for the tender briefing/site showround shall not be more than 2 representatives from each Tenderer.
Tenderers are required to inform the Authority by 19 June 2026, the name of company and representatives for the tender briefing/site showround via email to lta_contracts_1ctciv@lta.gov.sg (please indicate Contract 8416 - Tender Briefing / Site Showround as the subject of your email).
