TENDER BRIEFING:

CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that the following are critical criteria for this tender.
Tenderers who do not meet the following criteria will NOT be considered for this tender:
a) Registered as a GEBIZ Trading Partner;
b) The proposed BWCs must be from a Principal Product Vendor / original equipment manufacturer (OEM) with at least 5 years of experience in supplying BWC and a proven track record of having the BWCs procured by at least 5 customers with each customer procuring at least 200 BWCs within the said period;
c) Submission of a back-to-back support agreement provided by the Principal Product Vendor / OEM for the provision of maintenance support services for the BWCs throughout the Contract period of Contract TR822; and
d) Tenderer shall bid for both Package A and Package B.

SUBMISSION:
For this tender, it is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the Tender Price and supporting documents as electronic response through the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) portal. Please refer to Clauses 14, 16 & 22 of the Instructions to Tenderers.
