Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.

Registration with the BCA with the designated registration head and grade as specified in this clause is a critical criterion.
Tenderers must be registered with the following Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead:
(a) BCA Workhead under CW02 Civil Engineering and from Financial Grade B2 and above; OR
(b) BCA Workhead under CR01 Minor Construction Works Workhead with Single Grade; OR
(c) BCA Workhead under CR07 Cable/ Pipe Laying & Road Reinstatement Workhead and from Financial Grade L5 and above.
