TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA):
For access to the tender documents, tenderers are required quote their Term NDA Ref No. if they have a valid Term NDA with LTA. Otherwise, tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached Term NDA. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission. You are required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA upon declaration.
The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

CRITICAL CRITERIA
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the EPPU with the designated registration head & grade as specified in paragraph below are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

OTHER CRITERIA
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with the following Expenditure and Procurement Policies Unit (EPPU) Supply head.
- SER/33 Survey Services and financial grade S6 and above and licensed under the Land Surveyors Board

SUBMISSION:
Tender submission outside of GeBIZ will not be accepted. Tenderers are to submit both the total tender price and the supporting documents electronically in GeBIZ. Please refer to Clause 14 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.
