CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.

Tenderers must be registered with the following Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead under CR06 Interior Decoration & Finishing Works with Financial Grade L1 and above.

SUBMISSION:
Tender submission outside of GeBIZ will not be accepted. Tenderers are to submit both the total tender price and the supporting documents electronically in GeBIZ. Please refer to Clause 5 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.
