Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with subject heading "Term NDA - declared for Contract TT261" for access to the Tender Documents. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission.

The password will only be provided AFTER:
(a) Term NDA declaration; or
(b) Quote NDA reference ID issued by LTA (E.g. NDA12345) and declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions set out in the Term NDA.

The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.
