NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA) AND CLEARANCE FORMS:
Tenderers are required to complete & submit the attached files via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with subject heading 'Term NDA ID / Clearance - declared for Contract R753':
1) NDA for access to Tender Docs, Drawings, Briefing & Site Survey. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice.
2) Clearance Form for access to the Drawings and Viewing Docs/Drawings, Briefing & Site Survey. Password will only be provided to the key Personnel/Authorised Signatory (1 personnel only) AFTER clearance is obtained; and
3) Clearance Form for access to Site Survey.
Only personnel who have obtained 2) & 3) are allowed to attend Site Survey.

The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA or clearance forms, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

Please note that clearance requires 3 to 4 weeks for processing.

Tender documents download will be advised later.

CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderer shall meet all the following requirements:
1) It is mandatory for all tenderers to attend tender briefing and at least one site survey.
2) At least one completed or on-going traction power system / asset replacement project for local railway lines or proven track record in completed at least one traction power asset replacement project for overseas operating railway lines with similar scale in the past 5 years.
3) Intake / Service / Traction Transformers
a) Type and Medium of cooling
4) HV Cables
a) Cable insulation and outer sheath thickness & b) Cable test requirements
5) DC Power Cables
a) Cable insulation and outer sheath thickness, b) Cable test requirements & c) Type of insulation material

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal.
