CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who:
a) are registered with GeBIZ;
b) propose SaaS that is readily available with all capabilities required to meet the Requirements Specification at the time the tender is submitted;
c) proposed SaaS complies with (ISO 27001 & ISO 27018) or (CSA Star Level 2);
d) maintains a valid annual SOC 2 Type 2 attestation report;
e) proposed data hosting and data residency are within Singapore; and
f) have successful implemented at least two similar projects as Contract LO806 in the last five years.
Tenderers who do not meet the above critical criteria will NOT be considered for this tender.

SUBMISSION:
Tenderers are to submit both the Tender Price and Supporting Documents electronically via Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ). Please refer to Clauses 14 and 16 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.
