TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA):
Tenderers are required quote their Term NDA Ref No. if they have a valid Term NDA with LTA for access to the tender documents. Otherwise, tenderers are to complete and submit the attached Term NDA. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission. You are required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA upon declaration. The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

Critical Criteria
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender.

Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered. Registration with the BCA with the designated registration head and grade as specified in this clause is a critical criterion.

Tenderers must be registered with the following Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead: CW02 "Civil Engineering" and with Financial Category C1 and above.

Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from tenderers who have demonstrated their experience in tunnel scanning including data processing and High-Definition imaging works in underground railway environment within the last 5 years. Supporting documentation such as project references and client contact details must be submitted.

Tenderer who has been found to meet any of the disqualifying criteria under the MOM's Safety Disqualification Framework will be disqualified. Please refer to Clause 1.2 of the Instruction to Tenderers for detail.

Submission
The bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit (1) Tender Price & (2) Supporting Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal.
