TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA):
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with subject heading "Term NDA - declared for Contract T2918" for access to the Tender Documents, please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission.
The password will only be provided AFTER:
(a) Term NDA declaration; or
(b) Quote NDA reference ID issued by LTA (E.g. NDA12345) and declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA.

The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Please refer to Clauses 1.2 of the Instructions to Tenderers for the details.

SUBMISSION:
For this tender, it is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the Tender Price and supporting documents as electronic response through the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) portal. Please refer to Clause 5.1, 5.2 & 6.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers.
