UNDERTAKING TO SAFEGUARD OFFICIAL INFORMATION (OSA) :
Tenderers are required to complete and submit as follows :
(a) Email the OSA to lta_contracts_1ctciv@lta.gov.sg with subject Contract CR3029 - Password Request.
(b) The password to the tender files will only be provided AFTER OSA submission.

Critical Criteria
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.

Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to carry on business as a direct general insurance broker.

Submission
The bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit (1) Tender Price & (2) Supporting Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal.
