TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA):
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with subject heading "Term NDA - declared for Contract T30151" for access to the Tender Documents, please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission.
The password will only be provided AFTER:
(a) Term NDA declaration; or
(b) Quote NDA reference ID issued by LTA (E.g. NDA12345) and declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA.

The Employer reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.

Registration with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) and have in force a practising certificate or licensed by the PEB to supply professional engineering services as required under this Contract are critical criteria.

Attendance at the Tender Briefing / Site Showround is mandatory and is considered a critical criterion. Failure to attend the Tender Briefing / Site Showround will result in the disqualification of the Tenderer's submission.

SUBMISSION:
For this tender, it is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the Tender Price and supporting documents as electronic response through the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) portal. Please refer to Clause 5.1, 5.2 & 6.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers.

EVALUATION CRITERIA:
The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Clause 4.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers will be used to evaluate the Tender.
