SUBMISSION:
Tenderers are to submit a nominal "unit rates" under the "SOR" field and submit the Schedule of Rates duly completed together with the supporting documents in GeBIZ. All attachments must indicate clearly the company's name for identification purposes.

The 1-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit (1) Tender Offer & (2) Supporting Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 5 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.
