The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the a) Tender Price, b) Price Documents & c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 5.1, 5.2 & 6.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers.
