Tenderers must be registered with BCA Workhead, ME01 - Air-conditioning, Refrigeration & Ventilation Works with Financial Grade L6 OR ME15 - Integrated Building Services with Financial Grade L6.

TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA) & CLEARANCE FORMS:
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached to LTA via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with subject heading 'Term NDA ID - declared for Contract 8516':
(1) Term NDA for access to Tender documents;
Password to access Tender documents, will only be provided AFTER:
(1a) Term NDA declaration, please quote Term NDA Reference ID issued by LTA (e.g. NDA26100); and
(1b) You are also required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA.

(2) Clearance Form (Simplified form) for access to the Viewing Documents as per Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) Clause 2.3. Viewing will be arranged with the Authorised Signatory (1 personnel only) of your firm who has obtained clearance.

(3) Clearance Form (Tender Briefing/Site Showround form) to submit by 16 January 2026, limit only to 3 representatives per Tenderer who have obtained clearance will be allowed to attend.

Please note that clearance will require 3 to 4 weeks of processing. The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA and Clearance Forms, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

SUBMISSIONS:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the GeBIZ is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents; and (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 5 and 6 of the ITT for the details.

EVALUATION:
Quantitative Method will be used for evaluation of this Tender. Please refer to Clause 4 of the ITT for the details.
