CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.
Tenderers must have the relevant experience to provide professional consultancy services to the Employer, for noise measurement study, as described in the Terms of Reference.

SUBMISSION:
Tender submission outside of GeBIZ will not be accepted. enderers are to submit both the total tender price and the supporting documents electronically in GeBIZ. Please refer to Clause 5 of the Instructions to Tenderers.
