CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.
(i) Registration with the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) with the designated registration head & grade as specified in this clause is a critical criterion. Tenderers must be registered with BCA under CR11 "Signcraft Installation" Workhead and from Financial Grade L1 and above.

Attendance at the Tender Briefing and Site Showround is MANDATORY and is considered a critical criterion. Failure to attend the Tender Briefing & Site Showround will result in the disqualification of the Tenderer's submission.

CLEARANCE FORM:
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached to LTA via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with subject heading 'Contract T3209 - Tender Briefing and Site Showround' latest by 10 DECEMBER 2025:
(1) Clearance Form to access the Tender Briefing and Site Showround Clearance. Only those representatives who have obtained clearance will be allowed to attend the Tender Briefing and Site Showround.

Pls be informed that the clearance processing will require a minimum of one (1) week. Tenderers are required to complete the Form accurately and strictly adhere to the prescribed template. Kindly note that any resubmission or correction of data will be subject to the same processing duration.

SUBMISSION:
Tenderers are to submit both the Tender Price and Supporting Documents electronically via Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ). Please refer to Clauses 5 & 6 of Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.

EVALUATION:
The Quantitative Method (QM) as stipulated in Clause 4 of the ITT will be used for evaluation of this tender. Please refer to Clause 4 of the ITT for details.

Please limit to maximum of 2 representatives for each Tenderer for the Tender Briefing and Site Showround.
