OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall be required to provide Technical and Price Documents for Multi-Function Vehicle (MFV) in the tender submission. The proposed MFV, together with all associated systems, shall be designed with the capability to function and operate continuously and safely throughout the entire JRL and NEL network, including depots.

SUBMISSIONS:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 5 and 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.

EVALUATION:
The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Clause 4 of the ITT will be used for evaluation of this tender.
