CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the Expenditure Procurement Policies Unit (EPPU) with the designated registration head and grade as specified in paragraph below and Site Showround are critical criteria for this tender. Tenderers who are NOT registered with EPPU / did NOT attend the Site Showround will NOT be considered for this tender.

OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from Tenderers who are registered with EPPU Supply head EPU/SCD/10 (Scrap Dealers) with Financial Grade S4 and above.

SUBMISSION:
Tenderers are to submit both the Tender Price and Supporting Documents electronically via Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ). Please refer to Clauses 14 and 16 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) and Preambles to Price Schedule for details.

Tenderers must submit offers for all three (3) parts. Tenderers must submit:

(a) Part A - Sale of Decommissioned Scrapped Cables and Materials (in S$)
The Tenderer must price Part A in Singapore Dollars (S$).

(b1) Part B1 - Sale of Armoured Cables (0.9mm diameter) (in US$/kg)
The Tenderer must price Part B in United States Dollars per kilogram (US$/kg).

(b2) Part B2 - Sale of Armoured Cables (300mm2) (in US$/kg)
The Tenderer must price Part B in United States Dollars per kilogram (US$/kg).

(c) Part C - Sale of Non- Armoured Cables (in US$/kg)
The Tenderer must price Part C in United States Dollars per kilogram (US$/kg).

Remarks

Each Tenderer may send no more than two (2) representatives for the Site Showround. Tenderers are required to inform the Authority by 19 NOVEMBER 2025, the full name of company and representatives for the Site Showround via link: https://go.gov.sg/lta-contract-t2530 or QR Code as stated in ITT Clause 6.2.

Each representative shall bring and wear his own helmet, safety boots and high visibility luminous vest during the Site Showround. The Authority reserves the right to deny entry into the Site Showround to any representative who do NOT bring or wear his own helmet, safety boots or high visibility luminous vest.

Tenderers who did NOT attend the Site Showround will NOT be considered for this tender.
