CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.

Tenderers shall have the suitable experience to provide professional consultancy services in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for high quality, mass produced precast reinforced and pre-stressed concrete products as described in the Terms of Reference.

SUBMISSIONS:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents; and (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 5 and 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.

EVALUATION:
The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Clause 4 of the ITT will be used for evaluation of this tender.
