CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that the following are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered for this Tender:
i) Registration with GeBIZ; and

ii) Had successfully completed at least one project or have at least one ongoing project deployed on the Government Commercial Cloud, in respect of Operation & Maintenance Services of similar scale and complexity (serving at least >3000 users) as Contract ID809.

SUBMISSIONS:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price; (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal.
