CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ is a critical criterion for this tender. Tenderers who are not registered will NOT be considered for this tender.

OTHER CRITERIA
Tenders for this Contract will be considered from Tenderers who are preferably registered with Expenditure and Procurement Policies Unit (EPPU) Supply Head of EPU/CNE/10 (Communication and Navigation Systems) with Financial Grade S3 ($250,000) and above.

SUBMISSION:
Tenderers are to submit both the total tender price and the supporting documents electronically in GeBIZ. Please refer to Clause 14 of the Instructions to Tenderers.
