Term Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):
Tenderers are required quote their Term NDA Ref No. if they have a valid Term NDA with LTA for access to the tender documents. Otherwise, tenderers are to complete and submit the attached Term NDA. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission. You are required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA upon declaration. The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted

Critical Criteria
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.

Registration with the BCA with the designated registration head & grade as specified in this clause is a critical criterion.

Tenderers must be registered with the following Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Workhead CR15 "Site Investigation Works"

Tenderer who has been found to meet any of the following disqualifying criteria under the MOM's Safety Disqualification Framework will be disqualified.

Entry into MOM's Business Under Surveillance programme (BUS)
i) Has entered BUS within the 3 months prior to the Tender Closing Date1; or
ii) Has entered BUS after the Tender Closing Date, but before award of the Tender (both dates inclusive)

Submission
The 1-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit doc. Please refer to Clause: Documents to be Submitted of these Instructions response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clause 5 and 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers for detail.
