CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.

Tenderers must be registered with the following BCA Workhead:
(a) ME01 - Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration & Ventilation Works with Financial Grade of L6,
AND ME05 - Electrical Engineering with Financial Grade of L6; OR
(b) ME15 - Integrated Building Services with Financial Grade of L6.

Please refer to Clauses 1.2 of the Instructions to Tenderers for the details.

OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenderers must possess relevant track records of mechanical and electrical works in road tunnel projects or projects of similar scale and complexity. The Employer reserves the rights not to consider any tender submission made by a tendering entity who does not have the relevant track records.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 5 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers for the details.

EVALUATION:
The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers will be used to evaluate the Tender.
