1) APPLICATION NO. - Tenderer shall request for an Application Number via email to lta_contracts_1ctciv@lta.gov.sg with subject heading PQ-TS - Request Application No.

2) SUBMISSION - Applicants are required to complete and submit the Pre-Qualification Form electronically through the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) portal on or before the time stipulated in the Notice of Pre-Qualification

3 Interested applicants are required to submit financial capacity, relevant track records, technical expertise and project-management capability for consideration.

4) Applications for this pre-qualification from consultancy firms with proven expertise and experience in transportation studies, reviews and research studies of comparable nature and complexity.

5) All expenses incurred by the applicant in the submission of this PQ shall be borne entirely by the applicant

7) TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA):
For access to the prequalification documents, tenderers are required quote their Term NDA Ref No. if they have a valid Term NDA with LTA. Otherwise, tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached Term NDA. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission. You are required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA upon declaration.

Yes

1. This Pre-Qualification (PQ) is for one (1) number of transportation study for 12-months duration.

2. Applicants shall be registered under the Government Supplier Registration (GSR) with Financial Grade S6 or above as the minimum qualifying criteria for this PQ exercise.

3. Applicants who are not registered with the GSR in the appropriate financial grade are required to register with GSR after they have been successfully prequalified.
