1) APPLICATION NO. - Tenderer shall request for an Application Number via email to 'lta_contracts_1ctciv@lta.gov.sg' with subject heading PQ_TT815 - Request for Application No.

2) All PQ applications shall be submitted electronically through the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) portal no later than the stipulated closing date and time.

3) Applicants are required to complete and submit the Pre-Qualification (PQ) Forms electronically through the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) portal on or before the date and time stipulated in the Notice of PQ.

1. This Pre-Qualification (PQ) is for PQ_TT815 - Integrated Payment Agent. The Land Transport Authority (LTA) invites applications from qualified and experienced companies with proven capabilities in providing and operating payment services, including the management of high-volume and complex payment transactions

2. Applicants shall note that holding at least one of the following valid licenses, designations or authorizations issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), under the Payment Services Act 2019, is a critical and mandatory qualifying criterion for this PQ exercise

3. Any applicant that does not hold such a valid license or MAS authorisations at the time of application shall be disqualified, and its application will not be considered further. The successful Applicant shall maintain the validity of the license throughout the tender and Contract Period.
