THREE-YEAR CAR PARK OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT FOR JTC CAR PARKS WITH OPTION TO EXTEND THREE YEARS
JTC is launching a new car park tender for the East, West, and Central zone carpark. Tender will be awarded in 3 parts. Initial term starts 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2029 with Option terms from 1 Jan 2030 to 31 Dec 2032.

Attendance of tender briefing is COMPULSORY as it is a Critical Criterion. Failure to do so will render the tender submission invalid.

Tenderers which are intending to attend the tender briefing must use the same company name for their tender submission and each Tenderer is limited to sending 2 representatives (maximum) for the tender briefing. Please register your interest in attending the tender briefing by sending an email to Shawn Koh, Scott Teo and Ching Tingwei (latest by Date: 3 September 2026, Time: 2359 hrs).

The tender briefing is to be conducted via Webex or any other online platform, registered Tenderers who had indicated interest to participate in this tender will be informed accordingly. If you have indicated interest and did not receive a confirmation email by 8 September 2026 2.00 pm, please Shawn Koh, Scott Teo and Ching Tingwei.

- For Submission of Part 1 or Part 2 or All Three Parts (Part 1 to 3):
The Tenderer must be registered with the Expenditure and Procurement Policies Unit (EPPU) of MOF under S10 (> $30 million).

- For Submission of Part 3:
The Tenderer must be registered with the Expenditure and Procurement Policies Unit (EPPU) of MOF under - S8 (Up to $10 million) and above.
