1. Tenderers shall submit their Tenders fully electronically via GeBIZ in accordance with the following modes of submission. Manual submissions are not acceptable.

2. Tenderers must complete and submit a signed Undertaking of Confidentiality (Annex A)
to the undersigned in order to receive the password for the password-protected folder
prior to the tender briefing.

3. Only shortlisted tenderers in Stage 1 Pre-Qualification tender JTC25T0136 are allowed to participate the Stage 2 tender. The shortlisted Tenderers are:
a) BOND M & E PTE. LTD.
b) BUSWAYS PTE. LTD.
c) DAI-DAN CO., LTD.
d) POWEN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD.
