Other Criteria: (i) The Tenderer must be registered with the Government Supplier Registration ("GSR") [formerly known as Expenditure and Procurement Policies Unit ("EPPU")] of MOF under the Head Code EPU/SER/34 - Service (Consultant) - S4 (up to $500,000.00) and above.
(ii) The Tenderer must have provided design consultancy services for at least two Artificial Intelligence (AI) data centre projects, either in Singapore or internationally, within the past 10 years (2016 to present).
