Remarks

(i) Tenderers are required to pre-register their attendance for the tender showround / briefing with JTC by 18 March 2026, not later than 1200hrs (Singapore time) using the application form (document 01b_Application of Security Pass). Please ensure that tender ref. no. and tenderer's registered company name is stated clearly in the subject of the email, and the attendee's name and FULL NRIC is stated clearly in the application form.

(ii) You must duly complete and sign an Undertaking of Confidentiality, also known as Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) form, company stamped and signed by the authorised signatory of the company. The NDA document is available for download from GeBIZ, and it is a COMPULSORY document to be submitted to JTC
before attending the tender showround / briefing.

(iii) Tenderers are to submit the scanned copy of the NDA to the following email: Patrick_teo@jtc.gov.sg and Nuraisha_ABDUL_RAHIM@jtc.gov.sg by 18 March 2026, not later than 1200hrs (Singapore time) and submit the original hardcopy to JTC in exchange for the tender documents when attending the tender showround / briefing. Please bring along your photo ID (Digital ID accepted) for identification purposes. Tenderers will not be allowed to attend the tender showround / briefing if a valid NDA form is not received prior to the tender showround / briefing session.
