(a) Attendance of tender showround / briefing is COMPULSORY as it is a Critical Criterion. Failure to do so will render the tender submission invalid. Tenderers must participate for all 4 compulsory tender showround and main tender briefing.

(b) This tender requires electronic response via GeBIZ and ONLY prices that are submitted electronically will be accepted by the Corporation.

(c) TheLump Sum Tender Price and softcopy attachments (refer to Cover Letter) must be submitted electronically via GeBIZ.

(d) Please email your interest to attend the tender showround / briefing to Joey_CHENG@jtc.gov.sg, Shane_Martin@jtc.gov.sg and Vivien_SY_TAN@jtc.gov.sg by 27 Nov 2025, 4pm (Singapore time).

(e) The specimen of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is uploaded in GeBIZ. Tendererswho are keen to participate in the tender must write in to Joey_CHENG@jtc.gov.sg, Shane_Martin@jtc.gov.sg and Vivien_SY_TAN@jtc.gov.sg by 27 Nov 2025, 4pm (Singapore time).

(f) Tenderers must duly complete and sign the NDA by an authorized personnel and submited NDA in exchange for the Breakdown Cost of Tender (BCT) and Building Layout.
