1. Please note that only the 5 successfully shortlisted firms by quality considerations (RSP Architects Planners & Engineers (Pte) Ltd, ID Architects Pte Ltd, P&T Consultants Pte Ltd, Laud Architects Pte Ltd, Forum Architects Pte Ltd) will be evaluated for this open invitation to Tender.

2. Tenderers are to submit the duly signed (by the Director of AR, ME, CS, QS or Authorized Agent as listed in latest ACRA) Non-Disclosure Agreement for access to the tender documents and drawings published in the GeBIZ. The following are the instructions for submission of Non-Disclosure Agreement:

(a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Non-Disclosure Agreement attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.
(b) The Non-Disclosure Agreement is to be signed by the Director or Authorized Agent of the company/firm, as listed under latest ACRA record.
(c) A scan copy of completed Non-Disclosure Agreement shall be emailed to Ms Felicia Hsu at email: Felicia_S_T_Hsu@ite.edu.sg with the email subject title: (ITE000ETT26000041) Executed Non-Disclosure Agreement for MDT (AR, ME, CS & QS) of TENDER FOR MULTI-DISCIPLINARY TEAM CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CAMPUS REJUVENATION MASTER PLAN FOR ITE COLLEGE EAST.

The executed Non-Disclosure Agreement will be verified before password is sent to tenderer for access to the tender documents and drawings.
