(R) Q26a-00420_IT - BeyondTrust (formerly Bomgar) is used by the IT Helpdesk to provide remote support to end users. The current subscription will expire on 31 Aug 2026.
The new subscription will be on SaaS - Remote Support Concurrent User Cloud(RSU-CLOUD) with 4 remote concurrent users licenses for 3 years.
