1. Please ensure that you have read the submission requirements in Part 2-Requirement Specifications, Clause 8 before submitting your bids. You are required to submit:
a) completed Annexes A and C-F,
b) fabric swatch and/or sample shirts as per Clause 8.2, Part 2, Quotation Specifications,
c) photographs or physical sample of individually packed and size-tagged shirts, and
d) test reports or certifications evidencing the fabric's moisture-wicking and quick-dry properties. Where supporting evidence is not provided, the Authority will conduct a physical test on the submitted sample.
2. The fabric swatch and/or sample shirts must be submitted to the Authority by the ITQ closing date and time at the following location and address.

Attention: Nazirah Hamid, Manager, Finance & Procurement Branch
3. Sample Submission Instructions:
a) Each sample must be placed in a separate envelope.
b) Each envelope must be clearly labelled using the submission form provided in Annex G.
c) Suppliers must email Nazirah Hamid at nazirah_begum_hamid@iras.gov.sg immediately upon submission of samples to notify the Authority.
d) The Authority will provide written acknowledgement of receipt upon receiving the samples.
e) Suppliers are strongly advised to follow the notification process in point 3(c) above to ensure proper receipt of samples. Without proper notification and acknowledgement, the Authority cannot guarantee that samples have been received.
Non-submission of any of the items listed above may result in the proposal being treated as incomplete submission.
The Authority reserves the right to reject quotations not submitted in accordance with the mode of submission specified.
