Tenderers shall note that the Tender Documents (excluding Part III - Project Information and Employer's Requirements) are issued via GeBIZ. Part III - Project Information and Employer's Requirements will be issued to the Tenderers by email via a web-link after they have submitted the "Undertaking to Safeguard Official Information" duly endorsed by an authorised personnel of the Tenderer to the personnel at the email addresses set out in Clause 13 of the Cover Letter.
