Selective tendering procedure is adopted for this Tender, and only the following shortlisted tenderers who have been qualified in the Pre-tender Qualification stage are allowed to participate in this open tender:

3. Penta-Ocean Construction Company Limited
4. Consortium comprising China Huashi Enterprises Co., Ltd Singapore Branch and SCB Building Construction Pte Ltd
